Custom Snap Lock Bottom Shipping Box

With the snap lock bottom shipping box, the main benefit that you get is the instant assembly. There is no extra stuff, like glue or gum required to set them up. The bottom part of the box comes with ridges and slots where the flaps can be inserted. This erects the shape of the box and you can use it however you like.

These shipping boxes have a range of customization options that you can take advantage of. You can choose from various materials and printing options. You can also specify the exact size of the custom boxes you need.

There are three main materials/finishes available in the snap lock bottom shipping boxes. We will explain all of them below.

The availability of the various materials allows you to pick the one that is the most suitable for you in terms of cost, durability, etc.

When viewing the box straight on, the measurements can be understood to be:

1. The length (L) is measured from left to right or vice versa
2. The width (W) is the shorter side, measured from front to back
3. The depth (D) is the measurement from the top to the bottom of the box

Since these boxes are custom-made, you can specify any size that you want to be made. There aren’t any preset options that you have to compulsorily pick from.

However, the minimum size is 3.5 x 3.5 x 2 inches (L x W x D).

For printing, you can choose between three options:

• Outside only
• Inside only
• Outside + inside

There are three different materials that we use for our shipping boxes. Here is a brief description of each one:

1. Kraft

Kraft is the simple brown-colored cardboard material that we use for our boxes. It is not painted with any additional colors, nor is it coated with any layers. Since it does not have any of these properties, it is ideal for simple uses when you just want to send some parcels or packages without special emphasis on the durability or appearance of the box. Another point to remember about the Kraft material is that the printing you order can appear a bit different due to the existing hue.

2. Standard White

The standard white material is essentially the Kraft material with the added color. This material does not have any coating and consists of a white matte finish on both the inside and outside. The original Kraft material shows through a little. This type of box can be great if you need to make the parcel or package in question aesthetic.

3. Premium White

The premium white is higher in quality than both the Kraft and standard white material. It features a pure white color with a coating on the outside and a matte finish on the interior. It is an ideal choice for high-quality packaging materials, and it can be great for custom printing.
