Custom Tuck Top Auto Bottom Box

The tuck top auto bottom box has a special design that consists of three flaps at the top that can be tucked close, and an “auto” pre-glued bottom. The bottom is called auto because it comes pre-glued and it can simply be closed so that the ends stick together. You can customize and tailor this box according to your brand’s needs and requirements.

If you have seen our reverse tuck end box, you can understand the tuck top auto bottom box to be the same except that it opens only on one side. The other side securely sticks shut so that the item/product placed inside does not slide out or get damaged in any way.

These custom boxes are very easy to assemble. The bottom is pre-glued, and all you need to do is set the flaps together. Once assembled, the box stays in form thanks to the adhesive.

There are different sizes that you can pick for these boxes. You can also choose from various materials and printing options.

We use three different materials for our Tuck Top Auto Bottom boxes. Here is a brief description of each one:

1. Kraft

Kraft is the simple brown-colored cardboard material that we use for our boxes. It is not painted with any additional colors, nor is it coated with any layers. Since it does not have any of these properties, it is ideal for simple uses when you just want to send/display some parcels or packages without special emphasis on the durability or appearance of the box. Another point to remember about the Kraft material is that the printing you order can appear a bit different due to the existing hue.

2. Standard White

The standard white material is essentially the Kraft material with the added color. This material does not have any coating and consists of a white matte finish on both the inside and outside. The original Kraft material shows through a little. This type of box can be great if you need to make the parcel or package in question aesthetic.

3. Premium White

The premium white is higher in quality than both the Kraft and standard white material. It features a pure white color with a coating on the outside and a matte finish on the interior. It is an ideal choice for high-quality packaging materials, and it can be great for custom printing.
