Our custom angled display tray can be used for a wide range of purposes. It can be excellent for when you have to display products and small items in your retail store. Although the main function of these trays is for display and product placement, they can also serve to store said items when they have to be moved or transported.

Specifications of Custom Angled Display Tray

The custom angled display tray by Quality Custom Boxes have a durable design and a front-open construction. The tray come with a short barrier at the front so that the products can stay inside, and a tall back wall to contain them from the rear end. The tray is constructed with sloping side walls that make it easy for customers to take the items out.

As is the case with some of our other custom boxes, the material used for the display tray is corrugated cardboard. Corrugated cardboard is thick and tough, which makes it ideal for storing and shipping.

On top of the durable material, this display tray also have a double roll side, which makes the construction heftier and less prone to break.

You can order any custom size for the angled display tray. However, there are some restrictions and conditions that you have to keep in mind.

• The minimum dimensions that you can order are 6 x 5 x 5 (L x W x D)
• The length must be equal to the width or greater than it

Understanding the sizes of the Angled Display Trays

It is important to understand the sizes of the tray if you want to order the right product. Since the angled tray has a different and unique design, the measurements have to be properly understood.

When viewing the angled tray straight on,

• The length (L) is measured from left to right or vice versa
• The width (W) is the shorter side, measured from front to back
• The depth (D) is the height of the back panel
• The panel at the front is 1/3 the length of the back panel

There are three different materials that we use for our display tray. Here is a brief description of each one:

1. Kraft

Kraft is the simple brown-colored cardboard material that we use for our boxes. It is not painted with any additional colors, nor is it coated with any layers. Since it does not have any of these properties, it is ideal for simple uses when you just want to show some items without special emphasis on the durability or appearance of the box. Another point to remember about the Kraft material is that the printing you order can appear a bit different due to the existing hue.

2. Standard White

The standard white material is essentially the Kraft material with the added color. This material does not have any coating and consists of a white matte finish on both the inside and outside. The original Kraft material shows through a little. This type of display tray can be great if you need to make the parcel or package in question aesthetic.

3. Premium White

The premium white is higher in quality than both the Kraft and standard white material. It features a pure white color with a coating on the outside and a matte finish on the interior. It is an ideal choice for high-quality packaging materials, and it can be great for custom printing.
